I have been a dear friend of Shadi Kian for many years. On my first encounter with Shadi Kian was strictly business with a refinance for one of my properties. Eight years ago I had approached my cousin who also was in the real-estate business for assistance, however he was not available at the time but that enough about Shadi Kian as a honest person that he trusted to assist me at that time. And the rest is history, we have been friends ever since.
